Yes, this foggy day was a spent at the beach in Zandvoort. The weather in Haarlem was sunny and hot when we left - it's only a 10 minute train ride to the coast. Actually it was quite nice, the cool breeze and clouds were a break from the relentless scorching sun of the past two weeks. The beach was still packed with people, many brave enough to swim in the cold North Sea (neither of us included).
Six hours after we left though, I am only just noticing that I still managed to get a sun burn.
