The drywall sanding was finished today. I spent the weekend ripping up the old floor board in the kitchen and installing new 3/4" plywood. This is to provide a solid substrate for the tiles.
The hardwood floor restoration begins tomorrow with patching and sanding. We're going to stain the floor a little darker to try to hide some of the damage and repairs.
